Part Time Finance Manager

Part Time - Qube - 3 days / Flexible / Hybrid working - NW London
Small owner-managed Property Investment and Management firm in NW London.
Portfolio of both residential and commercial properties.
Seeks experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller.
Sole role in finance.
Working alongside the CEO and Property Manager, the role will include:
* Run the day to day accounts on MRI Qube
* Manage tenants accounts receivable, collection of any arrears
* Service charge accounting and raise invoices for rent and insurance
* Reconcile loan transactions, interest and intercompany transfers
* Manage accounts payable with supplier reconciliations
* Reconcile VAT for group companies and submit quarterly returns
* Prepare quarterly reports for investors
* Liaise with external accountants for year-end
This Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Client Accountant role requires an Accountant experienced in Property management, ideally with MRI Qube knowledge
