You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Carlisle, Kirkbride, Cockermouth, Longtown, Penrith, Maryport. Other locations will also be considered.

Do you come from an Electrical/Automation background and are looking for an autonomous role within a forward-thinking company who are passionate about the further development of their staff?

In this role you will work within a specialist manufacturing environment to minimise downtime across a range of electrical systems and equipment in a company known for their excellent benefits package.

The company are at the heart of their industry and supply their specialist products to a portfolio of blue chip clients across the globe, due to continued investment and ambitious growth plans they are now looking to expand headcount at all levels of the business.

This role would suit someone from an autonomous/plc background looking for a long-term permanent position.

The Role:

-Working as an Automation Engineer within a busy manufacturing company

-Duties of the role will include but are not limited to: PLC programming,

-Working to minimise downtime and maximise output across the site

-Further progression and training

-Excellent Benefits package

The Person:

-Electrical/Automation background

-PLC experience

-Any experience in a manufacturing/production environment considered beneficial

-Looking for a long-term permanent position
