About the Position:

Looking for a Project Manager familiar with:
Multifamily – Class A Garden Style Apartments, Wood Framed (3&4) Floors, Walk-up, Surface Park, with Elevators, Average 250 to 350 Units Per Project (Oversee 2 projects at a time)

Requirements:

• 3 to 8 years of experience


• Project documentation: shop drawings, RFI’s, change orders, buyout, contracts, schedules, etc.


• Work with contractors, sub-contractors, etc.


• Oversee 2 projects simultaneously
