Senior Product Manager - School ERP/EdTech Domain

Currently, already catering to around 50,000 students on the platform, the next step is to have a pan India GTM & cover top group of schools on the platform The Parent company is a large educational group headquartered out of Mumbai, having around 30 schools across the country. Job Overview : We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our School ERP product. Reporting directly to the Ether leadership team and working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap and driving its successful : - Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for Ether's School ERP solution - Conduct market research and user interviews to identify key pain points and opportunities in the education sector - Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and efficient user experiences - Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product - Gather and analyse user feedback to drive continuous product improvement - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain product : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus - 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in EdTech or SaaS products - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Outstanding communication and presentation abilities - Experience with data-driven decision making and A/B testing - Familiarity with the education sector and school management processes is a significant advantage Skills : - Product strategy and roadmap development - User story creation and backlog management - Market research and competitive analysis - Cross-functional team leadership - Data analysis and interpretation - Excellent written and verbal communication - Agile and Scrum methodologies Location : Mumbai (ref:hirist.tech)
