Google Generative AI Architect - Python

Responsibilities : Technical Leadership : - Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and deployment of generative AI solutions. - Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in generative AI. - Identify and evaluate new generative AI technologies and tools. Architecture and Design : - Design and develop scalable, reliable, and efficient architectures for generative AI systems. - Select and integrate appropriate generative AI models and frameworks (e.g., transformers, GANs, diffusion models). - Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of generative AI solutions. Model Development and Training : - Lead the development and training of state-of-the-art generative AI models. - Optimize model performance and fine-tune models for specific tasks and domains. - Implement responsible AI practices, including fairness, bias detection, and explainability. Collaboration and Mentorship : - Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product managers across Google. - Mentor and guide other engineers on generative AI best practices. - Contribute to Google's AI community and thought leadership. Qualifications : - PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - Strong understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, and/or computer vision. - Expertise in generative AI models and frameworks (e.g., transformers, GANs, diffusion models). - Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, JAX). - Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its AI/ML services. - Publications or patents in the field of generative AI. - Contributions to open-source AI projects. - Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI development.
