Job Description

Role : Oracle HCM Exp : 6 Yrs Location : Bangalore , Pune The below are the mandatory skills : - Require HCM extracts instead of the OCDI Required Modules : - Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, ORC, Learning, Compensation - Oracle HCM Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) Technical Development - Oracle HCM Cloud Implementations - Experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS Security - Oracle BI Publisher - Strong Debugging and Problem-Solving Skills We need strong technical candidates ( 80% Technical 20% Functional side works) Job description : Roles & Responsibilities : - Implementation experience and good understanding on at least 2-3 Oracle HCM cloud Modules (Payroll, Core HR, Talent Management, ORC, Learning, Compensation, Performance Management). - Proficiency in Oracle Technical aspects : Excellent working experience in HCM Extracts and Interfaces is required. - Expertise in Data Conversion, OTBI & BIP Reports and Fast Formulas will be plus. - Exposure in OIC as middleware for Oracle HCM Technical areas will be an added advantage. - A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in multiple end-to-end implementations with at least 4-5 years in cloud. - Would be responsible for liaising with Business & IT teams for Functional/Technical specifications, Execute SIT, Support UAT testing & Training of Business and Core Users - Understanding of software development methodologies, development processes, change management, and deployment procedures. - Ability to analyze, understand, trouble shoot and effectively communicate details to end users. - Knowledge of the underlying Oracle tables, integration points and technology processes are critical to success in this role.
