We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 3 years of experience to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining dynamic, scalable, and high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy full-stack solutions that enhance user experience and deliver high-quality, scalable applications. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MERN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components for seamless user experiences. - Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js. - Create interactive and responsive user interfaces using React.js. - Work with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) for efficient data storage and retrieval. - Optimize application performance and scalability by leveraging best practices in frontend and backend development. - Implement security and data protection measures to ensure applications are secure. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement attractive and functional web- interfaces. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best coding practices. - Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full application stack. - Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
