UI/UX Developer - Web & Mobile Applications

The Role : An experienced UI/UX Developer who creates visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities : UI/UX Design : - Design visually appealing and consistent UI components. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards. Front-end Development : - Write clean, responsive, and efficient HTML/CSS/JavaScript code. - Implement designs using React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. Mobile App Development : - Design and develop native mobile applications (iOS and Android). - Use frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin,swift - Optimize app performance and user experience. Collaboration : - Work with developers, QA, and product managers. - Participate in design and development meetings. - Conduct usability testing and gather feedback. Skills Required : Technical : - Proficiency in design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD). - Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills. - Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). - Familiarity with mobile app development (native or cross-platform). - Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1). Soft Skills : - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work in an agile environment. - Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics. - Collaborative mindset. - Experience with design systems. - Knowledge of AR/VR or gaming development. - Familiarity with AI/ML-powered UI/UX. - Certification in Human-Centered Design. Qualifications & Experience : - 3 years of UI/UX experience. - BE,BCA,MCA,BSc IT,MSc IT - UX Design, Front-end Development, or Mobile App Development certifications (desirable). (ref:hirist.tech)
