Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate their needs into technical solutions, leveraging your expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce integrations. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs. - Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components. - Create and manage Workflows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes. - Design and implement Salesforce APIs for seamless integration with third-party systems. - Conduct system integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web services. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and propose scalable solutions. - Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and defects within the Salesforce platform. - Stay updated with Salesforce releases and leverage new features to improve system capabilities. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and platform security. - Provide support and mentorship to junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Required Skills and Qualifications : - 4-10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer. - Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. - Experience with Salesforce declarative development (Process Builder, Workflows, Validation Rules). - Experience in designing and developing Salesforce integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP). - Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, and custom objects. - Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools such as Flows. - Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration. - Experience with Salesforce deployment and version control tools such as Gearset, Ant, or Copado. - Ability to design and implement scalable solutions based on business requirements. - Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange products and solutions. - Experience with SOQL and SOSL for data querying. - Understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
