Technical Consultant - Salesforce

Job Title : Salesforce Technical Consultant Location : Pan India Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Consultant specializing in Programmatic Development to join our team. The role will involve working on custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and integrations with third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platform development, customization, and configuration. Key Responsibilities : Salesforce Development : - Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (LWC). - Build custom applications, modify existing functionalities, and ensure smooth operation of Salesforce applications in alignment with business needs. - Develop and implement triggers, classes, controllers, and batch jobs in Apex to meet functional and technical requirements. Lightning Components (Aura & LWC) : - Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components for modern user interfaces. - Migrate legacy Visualforce pages to Lightning and implement responsive UI/UX best practices. Integration Development : - Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, Middleware, and ETL tools. - Design and maintain integration solutions for data migration, synchronization, and communication between Salesforce and third-party systems. Customization & Configuration : - Customize Salesforce to meet business needs by configuring objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and more. - Build and manage Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Custom Metadata for efficient operations. Data Management & Security : - Ensure data integrity within Salesforce by developing data management solutions, including data migration, data validation, and data cleansing processes. - Implement security controls such as profiles, roles, sharing rules, and field-level security to protect sensitive data. Salesforce Best Practices : - Follow Salesforce best practices in code structure, documentation, version control, and system architecture to ensure scalability and maintainability. - Participate in code reviews and peer collaboration to uphold development standards. Collaboration and Technical Leadership : - Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical designs. - Act as a technical lead for Salesforce development projects, mentoring junior developers and guiding development teams to successful project delivery. Testing & Debugging : - Write and execute unit tests and test classes to ensure code quality and reliability. - Debug and troubleshoot Salesforce issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions effectively. Key Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 3 years of experience in Salesforce programmatic development with strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura and LWC). - Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (preferred). - Experience in designing custom Salesforce solutions involving triggers, asynchronous processing, and APEX REST/SOAP web services. - Proficiency in Salesforce integration using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Platform Events. - Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL tools. - Familiarity with Version Control systems such as Git and Salesforce DX. - Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. - Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products (CPQ, Marketing Cloud, etc.). - Ability to manage complex Salesforce orgs, including large data volumes, advanced security models, and custom development. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Certifications : - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Required). - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Preferred). - Salesforce Certified Administrator (Plus). - Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (Nice to have).
