Senior Software Engineer - Java

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using core Java, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. - Utilize strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions. - Implement efficient algorithms and utilize appropriate data structures to optimize application performance. - Work with relational databases, demonstrating proficiency in SQL for complex query writing and data manipulation. - Apply knowledge of AWS concepts and services, including but not limited to S3, Lambda, Athena, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, and IAM, to develop and deploy scalable applications. - Create and review low-level design documents, ensuring adherence to design principles and best practices. - Function as a key contributor in a team environment, delivering high-quality code and collaborating effectively with other team members. Required Skills : - Strong expertise in core Java programming concepts and practices. - Ability to solve complex problems efficiently using appropriate data structures and algorithms. - Good knowledge of RDBMS and ability to write complex SQL queries. - Basic to intermediate understanding of AWS services, including S3, Lambda, Athena, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, and IAM. - Familiarity with low-level design principles and design patterns. Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field. - 4 years of relevant software development experience. - Proven track record of successful project delivery in a team-oriented environment. - Strong analytical and logical thinking skills. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
