Job Title : Oracle HCM Functional Consultant. Experience Required : 4 Years. Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent Work Location : Noida Job description : Binmile Technologies (BMT) is currently looking for an HR Technology Functional Lead with 5 years of experience. Job Overview : As a HR Technology Functional Lead at Binmile Technologies, you will be responsible for leading and driving the Cloud HCM implementation from Architect, Design, to Testing, and Go-Live. The right candidate has excellent communication skills and prior experience within large-scale HR Cloud Project Preferably Oracle Cloud Fusion with key modules - Core HR, Recruiting, Talent and Absence. Experience with other modules such as Talent Management, Time tracking, Workforce Management, and Benefits and Compensation is a definite preference. Key Responsibilities : - Act the subject matter expert leading clients through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for HR Cloud projects. - Solicit and map business requirements to the Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud functionality. - Identify gaps and advise HR stakeholders on options, risks, and value propositions. - Lead the configuration and design and of Oracle HCM Cloud according to the business requirements. - Prepare documentation and present to key business stakeholders to solicit feedback and buy-in - Lead requirements, and in particular Reporting and Integration, design, and development through to production. - Obtain and maintain your expert knowledge and understanding of the latest product offerings and the benefits it can bring to the current landscape. - Act as a liaison between technical teams and the HR community, including managing communications between business stakeholders and tech teams. Qualifications : - 5 years' experience as a functional lead with Oracle HCM Cloud, preferably with at least 2 end to end implementation. - Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and service delivery skills - Prior Human Resources operations experience is preferred, in Core HR, Talent Acquisition/Recruiting and Rewards. - Have worked on Oracle HCM Cloud fusion or alternatively one of major HR cloud technologies - Workday and SuccessFactors Soft Skills : - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
