Job: AWS Infrastructure Administrator Job description Roles Responsibilities - Be responsible for the planning, implementation and growth of the AWS cloud infrastructure - Build, Release and Manage the configuration of all production systems - Manage a continuous Integration and Deployment methodology for server-based technologies - Work alongside architecture and engineering teams to design and implement any scalable software services - Ensure necessary system security by using best in class cloud security solutions - Stay current with new technology options and vendor products, evaluating which ones would be a good fit for the company - Implement continuous Integration Or continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Pipelines when necessary - Recommend Process and Architecture Improvements - Troubleshoot the system and solve problems across all platform and application domains - Oversee pre-production acceptance testing to ensure the high quality of a companys Services and Products - Hands on Experience of supporting IT/Security Infrastructure - Strong technical background - Hands of experience with a least 1 of the main cloud vendors (Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) - Experience of Cloud Security Tools (e.g. AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Centre) - Ability to pick up and learn new technology approaches and make rapid decisions on the best way to use these technology advancements for the betterment of the overall security posture. - Manage and maintain Azure Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD B2B collaboration environments. - Configure and manage Azure AD security features such as Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Azure AD Identity Protection. - Monitor Azure AD usage and performance through Azure Monitoring tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Azure cloud solutions. - Participate in incident response activities related to Azure AD security incidents. - Contribute to the development of Azure cloud best practices and standards. - Hands-on Public Cloud (IaaS) One or more of AWS, Google, Azure, etc. - Code management and versioning via GitHub, GitLab, or other code repository - Proven skills in building pipelines and managing deployments - Multi-Tenant with a centralized management/administration mindset - Infrastructure, Network, and Application Security best-practices, including the secure transport and storage of sensitive/private data - AWS Profession Certification or Specialty Certification would be a good to have. Similar certifications on Azure is also a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
