Senior Python Developer - Flask/Django

Job Description : Basic Requirements & Experience Expectations : - 8 years of experience in industry performing software development - 4-year (bachelors) degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar field - Proficiency with Object Oriented Programming, multi-threading, data serialization and REST API to connect applications to back-end services - Expertise in Docker and advanced containerization techniques - Experience working with Microservices/Service Oriented Architecture Frameworks - Design and implement backend services using Python and Flask, FastAPI & Django framework. - Proven cloud development experience on AWS - Practical experience with AWS, particularly services like EC2, RDS, IAM, DynamoDB and Lambda - Good understanding on PostgreSQL, Redis and Elasticsearch - Excellent understanding of data visualizations and data integration services in AWS from backend technologies. - Excellent understanding on authentication and authorization - Understanding of IT life cycle methodology & processes - Experience in understanding and Leading Enterprise Platform /Solutions - Good Understanding on Middleware technologies - Experience in TDD and BDD unit testing and API contract testing - Ability to quickly adopt changing circumstances and priorities. - Self-motivated to prioritise and complete multiple tasks without direct supervision. Additional Skills/Preferences : - Strong understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) - Experience working on applications GenAI and LLM based use cases - Experience working with teams across organizational and geographic boundaries and multiple levels within the organization - Strong teamwork, self-management, problem-solving abilities - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Experience in multiple common tech languages - Nice to have React, Angular, Type Script or Java Script framework (ref:hirist.tech)
