Senior Automation Test Engineer - Playwright Testing

Experience : 5-8 Years Work Mode : Work From Office (5 days) Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer with a solid background in software testing and a strong focus on automation. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in testing, with over 5 years dedicated to automation, specifically utilizing the Playwright automation tool with JavaScript for atleast 2-3 years. This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual who takes ownership of their tasks, has a learning attitude, and is flexible in their approach to testing. Key Responsibilities : - Automation Testing : Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright and JavaScript to ensure the quality and functionality of web applications. - Manual/Functional Testing : Be adaptable and willing to perform manual and functional testing as needed, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and high-quality deliverables. - Ownership and Accountability : Take full responsibility for assigned testing tasks, including planning, execution, and reporting of results. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on objectives. - Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to the overall quality assurance process. - Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in testing and automation. Actively seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance testing efficiency. - Documentation : Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for test cases, test scripts, and testing processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
