Job Title : Senior Salesforce Architect Location : Type : Full-time Job Summary : We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect with 15-20 years of extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex projects, driving strategic initiatives, and aligning technology with business objectives. You will play a crucial role in shaping our Salesforce strategy and ensuring scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the architecture and design of large-scale Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives. - Collaborate with executive leadership to define the Salesforce vision, roadmap, and strategic direction. - Design and implement integration strategies with other enterprise systems, leveraging middleware and API frameworks. - Develop and maintain robust architecture documentation, including diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications. - Oversee data modeling, security, and compliance measures to ensure data integrity and privacy. - Establish best practices for development, deployment, and continuous integration within Salesforce environments. - Provide mentorship and leadership to development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. - Stay abreast of Salesforce advancements and industry trends to inform decision-making and solution development. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles. - Conduct performance tuning and optimization of existing Salesforce applications. Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 15 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with a strong portfolio of successful implementations. - Deep expertise in Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Proven experience with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. - Strong understanding of integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Salesforce Connect) and data management strategies. - Salesforce Architect certifications (CTA, Application Architect, System Architect) are highly desirable. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable solutions. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
