Business System Analyst - Sitecore

Position : Business System Analyst - Sitecore Experience : 3 - 8 Years Location : Remote (India) Work Timing : US Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sitecore Business System Analyst to join our client't team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing and optimizing business processes, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of Sitecore solutions. Key Responsibilities Gathering : - Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document requirements for Sitecore projects. - Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business needs and objectives. Business Process Analysis : - Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. - Develop and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Technical Specifications : - Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team. - Create user stories, use cases, and process flows to guide implementation. Stakeholder Collaboration : - Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure alignment on project goals. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Testing and Validation : - Support the testing phase by developing test plans and test cases. - Ensure that the delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Training and Documentation : - Create user documentation and training materials for end-users. - Provide training sessions to ensure successful adoption of Sitecore solutions. Continuous Improvement : - Stay up-to-date with Sitecore best practices and emerging technologies. - Recommend enhancements and updates to existing Sitecore : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. - 3-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Sitecore environment. - Strong understanding of Sitecore CMS and related technologies. - Proficient in gathering requirements, process mapping, and creating technical documentation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
