With a strong global presence, they are known for their innovative approach and commitment to Role : SAP Test Lead-This role seeks a skilled SAP Test Lead with expertise in managing end-to-end testing processes, including test strategy creation, planning, execution, and defect management Key Responsibilities : - Able to lead testing activities on one large project or multiple smaller projects, including delivery of test strategy, test plan, and test status. - Delivery experience leading projects through a standard software testing methodology (test planning, test scope identification, test case development, test execution, and defect management). - Strong experience with HP ALM / JIRA, or other test and defect management tools. - Demonstrates leadership accountability for testing on the projects assigned. - Exhibits confident, tactful oral communication with peers and IT leaders. - Develops and delivers formal written communication to IT and Business leaders with support from QA Manager. - Delivers day-to-day assignments with a high level of quality and attention to detail. - Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile). - Independently drives issues to closure, escalating to leadership as needed. - Assists in identifying process improvement opportunities and implements solutions. - Applies a systematic approach to data gathering and analysis to make key decisions that are supported by facts. - Successfully multi-tasks across the releases, delivering on time with direction on priority from the Incident Required : - Have 10 years of total experience with strong experience in SAP SD/MM expertise. - Strong experience in Support, ECC & SAP S/4 HANA expertise, Multiple Modules interfaces testing - Experience in AMS test tracking tool (Jira/servicenow) and client facing skills Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering Experience : Min 10 Yrs.
