RPA Developer - Automation Anywhere

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : Lead Automation Projects : - Manage the design, development, and deployment of automation workflows using the Automation Anywhere platform, ensuring that solutions align with business needs and objectives. Collaborate with Stakeholders : - Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and other key stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for RPA (Robotic Process Automation). Process Analysis & Improvement : - Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend automation solutions that will streamline operations and enhance productivity. Design Scalable Automation Solutions : - Architect and design robust, scalable, and efficient automation workflows following best practices and industry standards. Technical Documentation : - Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including process flows, system architecture, design specifications, and deployment guidelines. Mentorship & Guidance : - Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior RPA developers, ensuring they follow coding standards, best practices, and are developing skills in line with organizational needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, etc.) to integrate automation solutions with other systems, applications, and databases as required. Troubleshooting & Support : - Diagnose and resolve complex automation issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of deployed automation processes. Continuous Improvement : - Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technologies and the Automation Anywhere platform, proactively recommending enhancements and optimizations to improve automation efficiency. Evangelize RPA : - Drive RPA adoption across the organization by educating stakeholders on the benefits of automation and promoting a culture of continuous Skills : - 4 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience specifically with Automation Anywhere. - Proven experience in leading end-to-end automation projects, including design, development, deployment, and support. - Strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and best practices, especially within the Automation Anywhere ecosystem. - Experience in process analysis, identifying automation opportunities, and driving process improvements through automation solutions. - Strong skills in developing scalable and efficient automation workflows using Automation Anywhere, including Task Bots, Meta Bots, and IQ Bots. - Hands-on experience in integrating RPA solutions with various enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, databases, etc. - Technical expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex automation issues. - Ability to create clear and detailed technical documentation, including process flows and system architecture. - Leadership and mentoring skills, with experience guiding junior developers and promoting coding standards. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Automation Anywhere certification (preferably Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional or equivalent). - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desired Skills : - Experience with other RPA platforms (e., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus. - Familiarity with cloud-based automation solutions and integrations. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# is a plus. - Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (ref:hirist.tech)
