Senior Quality Assurance Manager - Functional/Integration Testing

Role Description : This is a full-time Senior Quality Assurance Manager role based in Noida. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, managing QA processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. This role requires on-site presence in Noida. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. - Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management. - Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Plan, design, and execute various types of testing, including functional, integration, system, and acceptance testing. - Track and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis. - Identify and mitigate potential quality risks, implementing proactive measures to prevent issues. - Work closely with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle. - Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, including ISO, CMMI, or other relevant certifications. - Evaluate and select appropriate QA tools and technologies to optimize the testing process. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of QA efforts. Qualifications : - 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on software testing. - Proficient in software testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) - Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG) - Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell) - Familiarity with defect tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla) - Understanding of database concepts and SQL Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Leadership and mentoring skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field (ref:hirist.tech)
