Key Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership : - Define and implement engineering strategies that support the company's goals, collaborating with senior management to align engineering initiatives with overall business objectives. Key Skills and Experience : - Leadership and Vision : Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a diverse engineering team, with a strong vision for the future of technology in the industry. - Technical Expertise : Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, REST APIs, and frontend technologies like Angular and React. - Project Management : Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable engineering strategies. - Cloud Architecture : Extensive experience with Azure services, including Azure Functions, SQL Server, and DevOps (CI/CD). - Database Management : Expertise in SQL databases, schema design, and ORM technologies like Entity Framework Core. - Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to addressing technical and organizational challenges. - Communication & Collaboration : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and foster a collaborative environment. - Adaptability : Eagerness to embrace new technologies and methodologies, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and technology landscapes. Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 13 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a Tech. Leadership role. - Proven track record of leading the design and implementation of enterprise-grade applications, particularly within the Azure ecosystem. - Extensive experience with modern software development practices, cloud-based services (preferably Azure), and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and Entity Framework Core is essential. - Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion, with a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - A passion for continuous learning, innovation, and developing talent within the team.
