SPFx Developer - Sharepoint Integration

Position Title : SPFx Developer ( Share point Framework ) Experience : 5-7years Location : Bangalore Work Mode : Hybrid Notice Period : Immediate-15days Job Description : As an SPFx Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of SharePoint solutions, Power Platform integrations, and web parts built with the SharePoint Framework (SPFx). The role includes supporting and enhancing SharePoint environments and handling various Office 365 services like Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, and Teams. You will work closely with business users to understand their requirements, build custom solutions, and ensure the security and governance of the SharePoint environment. This is a hands-on technical role that requires strong development skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Provide technical support for business users regarding SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, and Teams solutions. - Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to Office 365 services. - Analyze user requests and provide solutions that meet their business needs while ensuring optimal performance and security. - Collaborate with the product development team to design, develop, and support custom solutions in SharePoint and Power Platform. - Build, test, and deploy SPFx (SharePoint Framework) web parts that extend SharePoint's functionality for custom business requirements. - Maintain existing SharePoint and Office 365 services while continuously improving and optimizing their performance - Support requests from business users for SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms and Teams solutions - Product development support. - Build custom SharePoint solutions, Power Platform solutions, SPFx webparts, Subscription Edition (SE) - Govern, manage the configuration and security of the SharePoint environment. - Maintain governance jobs, flows, reports for all Office 365 services - Maintain and improve SharePoint Solution for Client. - Maintain and evolve provisioning engine for sites and Teams - Analyze business requirements; communicate technical topics to non-technical audience - Service extended support requests Key Skills and Qualifications : Share Point Expertise : - In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online/On-Premise, including experience with Share Point Framework (SPFx), Share Point Subscription Edition (SE), and building custom web parts. Power Platform Proficiency : - Strong experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, and integrating them with SharePoint to automate workflows and build user-friendly business applications. Microsoft365 Services Knowledge : - Familiarity with Office 365 tools such as Teams, Forms, and SharePoint, and an ability to develop, maintain, and secure these environments. Development Skills : - Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related web technologies ( HTML, CSS). - Experience in modern web development frameworks and techniques used in SharePoint custom development. Security and Governance : - Knowledge of SharePoint security models, permissions management, and compliance policies. - Experience with Share Point governance frameworks and best practices for Office 365 environments. Communication Skills : - Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
