SAP Lead - S/4 HANA Modules

Job Description : Our client is a fast-growing IT services company with a strong presence in Europe, Central Asia, America, and India. Specializing in Manufacturing, Fintech, and Healthtech, they provide tailored IT solutions, including SAP Services and Microsoft Services. Their development centers are located in Kolkata with a new one coming up in Navi Mumbai. Key Points : All SAP implementation projects are on RISE or On-Prem S/4HANA. The company offers expertise in IT Strategy Development, Customization, Implementation, and Maintenance for clients across the globe. Roles and Responsibilities : - Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD. - Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and provide appropriate system solutions. - Lead workshops to gather and validate business requirements. - Map business requirements and processes, and develop product modifications as needed. - Design, customize, configure, and test SAP SD modules. - Identify gaps and provide solutions to address business challenges. - Act as a liaison for client troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Document functional designs, test cases, and results. - Proactively suggest business process and system improvements. - Provide consulting for new implementations and support ongoing projects. - Mentor junior team members as needed. Desired Skills and Experience : - Strong understanding of accounting business processes. - Ability to view processes from the customer's perspective. - Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. - FMCG business exposure is an added advantage. - Familiarity with ticketing tools like Solman. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in sales activities like Enquiry, Quotation, Contracts, SO, and Invoicing. - Expertise in pricing condition techniques. - Hands-on experience with S/4HANA and GST is preferred. - Knowledge of Credit Management and integration with FICO, MM, PP, and PS modules. - Experience with output/printing forms for sales, delivery, and billing. - Familiarity with SAP SD reporting, including customization, testing, and configuration. - Ability to work with interfaces, API, and field mapping. - Basic debugging skills.
