Technologies : WebLogic, Apache Http server , JBOSS, Apache Tomcat, IIS, OHS, Nginx, IBM WAS, WebSphere MQ, HA proxy, other messaging and application servers Tools : BTOM, Dynatrace, Oracle Enterprise Management, Thread & heap analyzer Job Description : - Perform patch upgrades and manage application inventory. - Close VA/CA and audit points as per compliance requirements. - Upgrade applications to supported versions and handle Configure setups according to application requirements and ensure connectivity between applications and databases. - Analyze log files and perform thread dump analysis for error detection. - Create user IDs, set up JVM parameters, and troubleshoot any related issues. - Provide support for restoration and drill activities. - Prepare MIR for major incidents and conduct regular checklist reviews. - Analyze repeat incidents/alerts and manage reinstallations due to incidents. - Execute incident/request/change management and prepare for DR drills. Role & Responsibilities : - Coordinate with vendors and monitor data growth. - Automate daily tasks for efficiency gains. - Manage and troubleshoot middleware-related incidents. - Implement and troubleshoot certificates, ensuring security compliance. - Plan and assist in patching and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities. - Conduct performance tuning activities for optimal system operation. - Prepare RCA for major incidents and maintain availability/capacity management. - Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies. - Execute continual service improvement plans. - Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of infrastructure documentation and procedures (ref:hirist.tech)
