Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities : Platform Establishment & Management : - OpenIAM Implementation : Lead the configuration of the access review processes in the OpenIAM platform to serve as the global access review and recertification platform. - Onboarding of SOX-Relevant Applications : Ensure the successful onboarding of all SOX-relevant applications and systems into the OpenIAM platform for automated access reviews. Automation & Workflow Design : - Design and implement automated workflows for access recertification to reduce manual efforts and improve efficiency in the review process. Platform Optimization : - Collaborate with the technical platform support team to continuously optimize platform performance, resolve issues, and implement new functionalities to support access governance. Access Recertification Process : - Global Recertification Strategy : Develop and maintain a comprehensive global access recertification strategy, ensuring alignment with SOX and other regulatory compliance requirements. Monitoring & Reporting : - Establish and maintain a system to monitor the timely and accurate completion of all access reviews globally, providing real-time dashboards and reports for stakeholders and auditors. Risk Management & Compliance : - Collaborate with the risk and compliance teams to ensure that all access recertification processes meet SOX compliance standards and that access controls are appropriately enforced. Issue Management & Support Mechanisms : Escalation & Issue Resolution : - Establish and maintain support mechanisms to manage access review issues, escalations, and exceptions. Coordinate with technical teams to resolve platform-related problems quickly and efficiently. Support Documentation : - Develop clear and detailed documentation to guide application owners and users through the access review process, including issue resolution steps and escalation pathways. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration - Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with IT, security, compliance, internal audit, and application owners to ensure that access recertification processes are well-understood and executed efficiently. - Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to global access reviews, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring the recertification process is transparent and well-communicated. - Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a small team of staff responsible for access recertification tasks, ensuring their alignment with the global process and that they effectively handle their responsibilities. Automation & Continuous Improvement : - Drive Automation : Lead efforts to move towards full automation of the access recertification process, continuously identifying opportunities to eliminate manual work and streamline the process. Process Optimization : - Regularly assess the efficiency of the global recertification process, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement to maintain an agile and cost-effective process. - Frugal Process Development : Implement a cost-effective, scalable solution for access reviews that minimizes overhead while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Audit & Compliance Assurance : - Audit Preparation & Support : Ensure that all access reviews meet the stringent requirements of internal and external audits, providing auditors with clear evidence that the control is being effectively operated. Compliance Documentation : - Maintain comprehensive documentation of access review processes, exceptions, and system configurations to support audit trails and meet compliance mandates. Access Review Metrics & KPIs : - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the global access recertification process, providing insights into process efficiency and control effectiveness. Desired candidate should have; - 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with at least 3 years focused on access recertification and governance processes. - Deep understanding of SOX compliance requirements and regulatory controls related to identity and access management. - Team leadership experience, including mentoring staff and coordinating cross-functional teams. - Strong problem solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach - Excellent project management abilities and leading IAM projects - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Knowledge of relevant compliance standards and regulations.
