Business Analyst - P&C Domain

Job Description - Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance. - Requirement Gathering : Ability to lead requirement gathering sessions and translate them into Business Intelligence solutions (KPIs, Reports, Dashboards). - Data Warehouse Concepts : Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts. Exposure to at least one Data Warehouse implementation project. - Data Modeling : Experience in designing data models and data marts. Familiarity with tools like Erwin, Toad Data Modeler, or similar. - SQL Proficiency : Proficient in writing SQL queries. Job Responsibilities : - Source System Study : Experience in source system analysis and source-to-target mapping (ETL specifications). Report specification experience. - Support Experience : Experience supporting ETL development, report development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production support. - Data Analysis & Visualization : Exposure to data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau or similar. - Business Process Modeling : Familiarity with business process modeling, statistics, MS Visio, Functional Requirements Document (FRD), and Software Requirements Specification (SRS). - Agile Methodology : Ability to use key skills such as use cases and user stories as part of Agile methodology.
