Job Posting Details : Reltio MDM Senior Developer Worker : Sub-Type Regular Location : India Bengaluru Time Type : Full time Experience : 5 Business Analysis and Technical Leadership : - Work with Business Architects, Users, and Business Analysts to understand the requirements - Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Reltio MDM - Coordinate with Reltio professional services for support and enhancements - Engage with business and proactively seeks opportunities to deliver business value. - Ability to work with business owners to define key business requirements and convert to technical specifications - Ensure appropriate business roles are engaged in solution execution. - Participate in design reviews to ensure traceability of requirements. - Network with appropriate IT colleagues to determine solutions to meet business partners' needs. - Seek opportunities to reuse existing processes and services to streamline support and implementation of key systems. - Stay abreast of tools and technologies to influence IT strategy so that it provides best usage opportunities for business - Responsible for system testing, ensuring effective resolution of defects, timely discussion around business issues and appropriate management of resources relevant to data and integration - Partner with and influence vendor resources on solution development to ensure understanding of data and technical direction for solutions as well as delivery - Technical curiosity and desire to innovate Required Skills : - Experience with Master Data Management principles and concepts - 5-8 years experience with Master Data Managements platforms, preferably Reltio - Expertise in configuring the Reltio Data Model, match & merge rules, survivorship rules, etc. - Proficient in working with Reltio APIs - Experience in managing Reference Data Management (RDM), User Management, UI Config, handling LCA and Workflow - Experience working with Reltio Integration Hub - Expertise in Loading/exporting data into/from Reltio and optmising the processes - Expertise in the design, data modelling creation, and management of large datasets/data models - Experience with ETL/File Movement services, preferably AWS - Experience in working in Agile - agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management (GITHUB), build processes - Defining best practices, developing and optimising technical standards, design principles, best practices, and frameworks - Ability to adapt quickly in a constantly changing environment - Technical curiosity and desire to innovate Preferred Qualifications / Skills : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems or equivalent work experience - Experience working in regulated environments and with internal systems quality policies and procedures - Familiarity with AWS database technologies. - Experience with Python - Knowledge of the data architectures associated with information integration, data visualization, & data warehousing - Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience Experience with Sales & Marketing Business processes & systems (ref:hirist.tech)
