Security Operations Center Analyst

Position : SOC Manager. Multiple Locations : Chennai || Bengaluru. Responsibilities : 1) Oversee Administration of proposed solution (RSA Netwitness Suite). 2) Administration/Operational experience on RSA Netwitness. 3) Oversee configuration/creation of use cases. 4) Manage the overall day-to day SOC operations. 5) Coordinating with SOC team and SI's team for closure of incidents. 6) Sharing Daily, Weekly and Monthly status reports on the SOC operations. 7) Participate in the regular weekly SOC review meetings. 8) Ensuring the closure of SOC incidents within the defined SLA. 9) Ensure addition of log sources, parser and use cases as and when needed. 10) Oversee the tasks/activities carried out by the SOC team. 11) Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure. 12) Identify chronic operational and security issues, and ensure they are managed appropriately. 13) Continuous monitoring of security events and alerts. 14) Develop and present regular reports on SOC performance, incidents, and trends. 15) Identify, assess, and manage risks related to SOC operations and overall security posture. Qualifications : 1) B.E / B.Tech. 2) Minimum 8 years of experience out of which, minimum 2-3 years of experience in management cyber security projects. (ref:hirist.tech)
