Role : Software Engineer/Senior software engineer/IT Specialist. Experience Range : 3-9 Years. Location : Pune. Notice Period : Immediate Joiner or Currently serving notice period. Technologies (Any of these) : - OpenText content server 20. - xECM knowledge with SuccessFactors integration. - PowerDocs Document Generation. - SAP SuccessFactors (knowledge level - basic to expert). Good-to-have skill : - SAP SuccessFactors module knowledge. - SuccessFactors and OpenText integration. - Good to have OpenText xECM for SuccessFactors certification. - Good to have PowerDocs document generation knowledge. - ITIL process understanding 6. Roles & Responsibilities : - Technical architecture design. - Well equipped with Customer handling skills and requirement gathering and technical discussion. - Ability to lead the team. - Coordination with multiple brands and senior level management. - Project execution and management. - Can be able to work on cross module requirements. - Ability to create/maintain technical design documents.
