Scrum Master - Agile Methodologies

Job Title : Scrum Master Location : Pune Experience : 8 years Budget : Up to 25 LPA Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days We seek an experienced Scrum Master with a strong development background to facilitate Agile teams. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in software development and Coding with a proven track record in Scrum Master roles. Key Responsibilities : 1. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Reviews) 2. Ensure team adherence to Scrum framework and Agile principles 3. Remove impediments and foster collaboration among team members 4. Coach developers in Agile practices and software development 5. Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements 6. Collaborate with Product Owner to refine product backlog 7. Develop and maintain Scrum metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) 8. Facilitate team decision-making and conflict resolution Requirements : 1. 8 years of experience in software development (coding, testing, etc.) 2. Proven experience as Scrum Master (3 years) 3. Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and software development life cycles 4. Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills 5. Ability to work with distributed teams 6. Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) (ref:hirist.tech)
