Technical Lead - .Net

About the Role : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead to join our team and lead the development of our software products for the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be a skilled developer with a deep understanding of .NET technologies, a passion for innovation, and a strong leadership presence. Key Responsibilities : 1. Technical Leadership : - Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and testing of .NET applications. - Mentor and coach developers to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. 2. Software Development : - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality. - Refactor and optimize existing codebases. - Design and implement innovative solutions leveraging micro-services architecture. - Utilize your experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL) to deliver robust and efficient applications. 3. Product Management : - Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to understand product requirements. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Conduct SWOT analysis and define product roadmaps. - Streamline business execution of existing products for a seamless end-to-end user experience. - Drive product development initiatives, managing both existing developers and dedicated resources. Required Skills and Experience : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 7 to 10 years of experience in software development. - Strong hands-on experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL). - In-depth understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS). - Proven experience in developing and delivering software products. - Experience working in the financial services industry, particularly in authentication and customer engagement solutions, is a plus. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa. - Excellent documentation skills. - Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
