Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Software Team Leader with a strong technical foundation in coding and software architecture. The ideal candidate will excel in server-side code execution and deployment management, leading development initiatives in eCommerce and Supply Chain Management (SCM) environments. This role demands an individual capable of guiding a team from project conception through to delivery, ensuring timely and seamless integration and deployment across platforms. Key Responsibilities : 1. Technical Leadership : - Lead the team in coding best practices and architectural design. - Provide expertise in efficient, scalable code execution in server environments. 2. Cloud Platform Expertise : - Demonstrate a working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure). - Optimize cloud resource usage for project deployment and ongoing maintenance. 3. Version Control Management : - Manage version control processes using Git for seamless code integration. - Oversee complex integrations and support deployment of PHP, Node.js, and platforms such as Magento and Shopify across diverse server environments. 4. Domain Knowledge : - Possess a background in eCommerce and SCM, with insight into technical challenges and user experience needs within these domains. 5. Deployment Management : - Direct and manage code deployments to ensure they meet business needs efficiently and reliably. 6. Marketplace Deployment : - Proven experience deploying software solutions in major marketplaces, ensuring compliance with integration standards. 7. Ideal Background : 1. Strong technical skills in coding and software architecture. 2. Demonstrated success in leading software development teams in fast-paced environments. 3. Proficiency with Git and cloud infrastructure. 4. Familiarity with operational tools such as JIRA for effective project tracking and issue management. 5.
