IDCUBE - Senior Quality Assurance Associate - Automation/Manual Testing

Experience : 2 to 6 Years Location : Noida Salary : As per industry standards Education : Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Computer Science or Similar field Job Description : We are seeking an accomplished QA Associate with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of extensive experience in QA UI/UX testing, emphasizing strong proficiency in front-end testing techniques using both Manual as well as Automation testing. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in manual testing methodologies alongside at least 2 years of hands-on experience in automation testing. - Develop and execute robust test scenarios/ test cases. - Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios with a focus on front-end testing and user experience. Front-End Testing Expertise : - Utilize your in-depth understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks to conduct thorough UI/UX testing. - Have knowledge of front-end testing, including usability testing, accessibility testing, and cross-browser compatibility testing. - Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure UI/UX consistency and adherence to design specifications - Leverage your extensive experience in both manual and automation testing methodologies to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to support efficient and effective testing processes. - Drive automation initiatives to increase test coverage, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall testing efficiency. - Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team, promoting best practices, standards, and methodologies. - Conduct regular reviews and retrospectives to identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement. - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and QA best practices, integrating them into the QA processes and workflows. - Experience in Automation testing including the automation tool-Selenium (Selenium IDE, Selenium RC, Selenium Web Driver), JMeter, JUnit, Eclipse, and preparation of automation test framework. - Experience in Automating testing of web-based applications on desktop as well as mobile devices. - Experience testing HTML UIs, RESTful APIs, and databases. - Knowledge of automation test repository integration with test management tools like DevOps. - Experience working on Manual testing Thorough understanding of test principles such as unit, smoke, functional (black box/white box), user acceptance and usability testing. - Candidate must be familiar software testing techniques, test methodologies, test automation tools and frameworks - Proficiency in QA tools and technologies, such as Selenium, Selendroid, JMeter, Appium, Postman. - Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively (ref:hirist.tech)
