Brief Job Description : - Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Provide Technical insight resulting in high quality software products - Assist the team in investigations, prototyping and design activities - Work with the team to Propose Product / Solution Architecture considering functional/non-functional requirements. - Scrum plans and meetings, release planning and to ensure clarity of deliverables, Writing code work items, providing insight on architecture and code improvements - Expertise implementation in Agile project management methodologies. - Identify and address technical Risks Work Experience and Skills required : - Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using React concepts. - 3-7 years of Microsoft .Net technologies (ASP.Net / .Net Core / C#) / MS SQL Server experience. - Exposure in building REST API - In depth knowledge of JS, CSS, HTML, Type Script - Knowledge of React tools including React JS, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux and Flux - Excellent troubleshooting and debugging experience - Experience in SQL Server - Strong fundamentals including an understanding of data structures, concurrent programming, and design patterns - Should have working knowledge of Linux environment. - Exposure to Python is desired not mandatory. - Exposure to NoSQL Databases, Big Data Technology stack and caching solutions like Redis, memcache etc. - Passion for Agile working practices and a strong desire to work with baked-in quality Structured, methodical approach - Works well under pressure - be prepared to 'focus and commit' when required Soft Skills : - Client engagement - Self-motivated - Ability to lead a team and mentoring - Project Planning - Data modeling a plus - Excellent communication skills - Must be highly organized (ref:hirist.tech)
