Ruby on Rails Developer

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer with 5 years in IT and at least 1-2 years of RoR experience to join our team. You will build and maintain high-quality web applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure performance and scalability. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails. - Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate user-facing elements. - Identify performance bottlenecks and bugs, implementing effective solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. - Participate in Agile processes, including sprints and code reviews. Skills and Qualifications : - 5 years of experience in the IT industry. - 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails. - Proficient in Ruby, SQL, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Experience with REST APIs and version control (GIT). - Familiar with Agile/Scrum practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork. Preferred : - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines (ref:hirist.tech)
