EUC Architect

Our client is looking for candidate for EUC Architect role. Job Description : The role is within the Digital Workspace & End User Services team aligned within Global Technology. As an End User Computing Architect, you are responsible for designing and implementing the end user computing infrastructure and solutions to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security. This role involves creating architectural blueprints, setting technical standards, and guiding the implementation of end user computing strategies to meet organizational goals and enhance user experience. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs and balance business needs versus technical constraints. Maturity, curiosity, creative problem solving, and team leadership are all essential for success in this role. He/she must also bring experience, ideas, and initiatives to influence and drive change to support our growth and scaling. Desired candidate should have : - Min. 10 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - In-depth knowledge of end user computing technologies such as SCCM; Imaging Technologies; Managed Print Services; Mobile Device Management (Intune / Citrix); Nexthink, Active Directory - Basic Understanding of Network; Network Security; End User Security Products (Microsoft Defender; SentinelOne) - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Deep understanding of IT security practices and regulatory compliance. - Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results on time and within budget. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. - Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation. - Stay abreast of latest technology and industry trends. - Driving alignment by building effective partnership with stakeholders across global markets - Proven experience designing and implementing complex EUC solutions and architectures. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
