SAP ABAP CRM Developer

Overview. The ABAP CRM with Workflow Developer plays a pivotal role in the implementation and customization of SAP CRM systems within the organization. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and customize ABAP programs within the SAP CRM framework. - Design and implement workflow solutions that streamline processes. - Integrate SAP R/3 modules with CRM systems for optimized data flow. - Analyze business requirements to translate them into technical specifications. - Collaborate with functional teams to ensure system alignment with business objectives. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in ABAP programs and workflows. - Conduct unit testing and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT). - Document technical specifications and user manuals for developed solutions. - Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing CRM applications. - Perform data modeling and design enhancements for CRM modules. - Implement security measures to protect sensitive customer data. - Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM and ABAP developments and best practices. - Participate in training end-users on new system functionalities. - Collaborate in project planning and execution to meet project timelines. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize CRM workflows. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABAP development within SAP CRM. - Proven experience working with SAP CRM workflow functionalities. - Strong understanding of SAP R/3 integration techniques. - Experience with data modeling and database management. - Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and mobile applications is a plus. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices. - Excellent debugging skills and attention to detail. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Experience in developing technical documentation. - Industry certification in SAP CRM or related areas is an asset. - Willingness to learn new technologies and take on additional responsibilities. - Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - High level of motivation and enthusiasm for technology (ref:hirist.tech)
