Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - API Development : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient API endpoints using FastAPI and integrate them with databases (SQLAlchemy). - Database Management : Work with PostgreSQL to design and optimize queries for scalable database management. - Containerization : Use Docker to build, deploy, and manage containerized applications and services across different environments. - Backend Services : Develop and maintain backend systems and services, ensuring high performance and scalability. - Optimized Code : Write optimized, maintainable, and scalable code with an emphasis on performance. - Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (front-end developers, product managers, etc.) to design, develop, and deploy software solutions. - Cloud Deployment : Familiarity with deploying backend services in Azure Cloud (if applicable), ensuring smooth integration with cloud services. - Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to APIs, database performance, and cloud Skills : - 2 years of hands-on experience in Python 3 development. - Experience in building and maintaining API endpoints with FastAPI and integrating with databases using SQLAlchemy. - Proficient with Docker : Ability to build and manage Docker images, containers, and services. - Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or any other relational database system, with experience in writing optimized SQL queries. - Strong fundamentals of Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices. - Solid understanding of backend architecture, scalability, and performance considerations (ref:hirist.tech)
