Rust Developer - System Programming

Roles and Responsibilities : - Participate in RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) tasks, providing human feedback on outputs from large language models (LLMs) to refine and improve model accuracy and relevance. - Assess LLM-generated responses, identify improvement areas, and provide detailed qualitative feedback to guide model training. - Work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to ensure that human feedback is effectively integrated into the model's learning process. - Collaborate with various teams to understand the specific requirements for human feedback in the RLHF process, helping to ensure consistent quality and impact. - Provide insights into integrating human feedback systematically, suggesting improvements for collecting and incorporating this feedback in model training. - Document workflows, processes, and best practices for providing human feedback in the context of LLM training. - Keep up-to-date with advancements in reinforcement learning, LLMs, and human-computer interaction to enhance RLHF strategies. - Test new tools and methods for enhancing the collection and integration of human feedback, striving for greater efficiency in RLHF tasks. Skills and Qualifications : - 2 years of experience in Rust development, with strong knowledge in systems programming, performance optimization, and concurrency. - Familiarity with core machine learning concepts, particularly reinforcement learning, is highly preferred. - Experience with human-computer interaction, user feedback systems, or related domains is advantageous. - Proficient in version control (e., Git) and CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to collaborate effectively on shared codebases. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate RLHF tasks and improve their efficiency, with an ability to provide constructive feedback on AI/ML outputs. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Equivalent work experience will also be considered (ref:hirist.tech)
