Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components. - Integrate Salesforce with other systems within the organization using Salesforce APIs. - Adhere to Salesforce best practices and maintain code documentation and test classes. - Take ownership of release cycles, ensuring smooth implementation and deployment of new or updated applications and code. - Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners to validate business requirements and address key considerations. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. Qualifications : - 7 years of experience in Salesforce development. - Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs), Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs for integration purposes. - Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and coding standards. - Experience with release management processes and tools. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with Salesforce technologies (ref:hirist.tech)
