If India has to go truly digital, addressing the needs of MSME retailers is crucial and Paywize understands it About The Job : We are seeking a 1 year-experienced Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging animations and graphics that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms. You will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality visual content that captivates our audience. Requirements : - Minimum of 1 year of experience in motion graphic design or a related field. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator. - Strong understanding of design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision. - Must be adept at the following: Theme designing, Colour Palette knowledge, Pitch Ideation, Typography, Layouting, Unique Concept - Creation, UX Research, User Flows, Information Architecture, Imagery, UX Audit, and prototype. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) - Strong knowledge of animation principles and visual storytelling techniques. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - A portfolio showcasing your motion graphics work is required. Responsibilities : - Design and produce motion graphics for videos, social media, advertisements, and presentations. - Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and execute projects that align with brand guidelines. - Develop storyboards to visualize ideas and present concepts effectively. - Focus on editing video content by incorporating motion graphics and visual effects. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and software advancements to continuously enhance your skills and output. - Revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
