React Native Lead - iOS & Android Platform

Responsibilities : - Lead and oversee React Native development projects from inception to completion - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members - Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project requirements - Design and implement scalable and maintainable React Native applications - Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards - Optimize application performance and user experience - Integrate third-party libraries and APIs - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Stay up-to-date with the latest React Native trends and technologies Requirements : - 7 years of overall software development experience - At least 5 years of experience working with React Native - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript - Proven track record of leading successful React Native projects for iOS and Android - Deep understanding of React Native, ReactJS, and the mobile development ecosystem - Familiarity with native development (Objective-C, Swift, or Java) is a plus - Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries - Strong knowledge of state management frameworks such as Redux or Flux - Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward challenges - Excellent communication and leadership abilities Additional Skills : - Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Detox - Knowledge of UI/UX design principles - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail As a React Native Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of mobile application development projects.
