Responsibilities : - Lead SAP FICO implementations - Configure FI module - Analyze and document business requirements - Develop functional designs, test cases, and results - Perform data migrations - Provide training and support - Mentor junior team members Requirements : - 5 years' experience - SAP S/4HANA FICO knowledge - Business process analysis skills - Documentation skills - Data migration experience - Training and support abilities Preferred : Industry experience (steel, aluminum, etc.) Relevant certifications Additional Skills : - Experience with AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Automatic BRS, GST, WHT, ForEx valuation, month-end and year-end closing, and legacy data upload using tools - Strong organization, communication, analysis, and planning skills - Proficiency in MS Office suite - Strong and fluent English communication Specific Skills for the Role : - Experience with SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank -Accounting, and Financial Reporting - Knowledge of financial accounting principles and best practices - Understanding of tax regulations, including GST and WHT - Experience with foreign exchange valuation and hedging - Ability to perform month-end and year-end closing procedures - Proficiency in using SAP FICO configuration tools and techniques - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Experience in developing and executing test cases - Knowledge of data migration techniques, including LSMW and BDC - Ability to provide training and support to end-users - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Problem-solving and analytical abilities - Attention to detail - Flexibility and adaptability (ref:hirist.tech)
