Technical Lead - Full Stack Development

Job Title : Full Stack Developer - Technical Lead Job Description : We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer / Technical Lead with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in React JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML to join our InsightsMax R&D team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development technologies and be able to lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities : - Lead the front-end development team and collaborate with the back-end development team to deliver high-quality software solutions - Design and develop front-end and back-end applications using React JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Node.js, and related technologies - Work closely with the product management team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of the application - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and provide recommendations on the adoption of new tools and frameworks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of the product - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - At least 5 years of hands-on experience in React JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML - Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB - Experience with building and maintaining APIs and microservices - Strong understanding of software development principles such as Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD - Excellent communication skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Ability to lead and manage a development team - Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus Level : L4/L5 Number of Positions : 1 Location : Pune We are an equal-opportunity employer and welcome all qualified candidates to apply.
