Mobile App Lead - Android & iOS Platform

Job Title : Mobile App Lead Experience : 6.5 Years Location : Technopark, Trivandrum Notice Period : 30 Days Job Description : We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Mobile App Lead to join our team. As a Mobile App Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding and developing innovative mobile applications using Flutter. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile applications that meet user and business needs. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the end-to-end development of mobile applications. - Design, architect, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Flutter. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, backend, QA) to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile apps. - Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring coding standards and best practices are followed. - Identify and resolve bottlenecks and fix bugs in the app lifecycle. - Maintain code quality, organization, and automation. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends, technologies, and best practices. Skills and Qualifications : - 6.5 years of experience in mobile application development. - 3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development. - Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter architecture. - Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and RESTful services. - Solid understanding of mobile application life cycle and deployment on both iOS and Android platforms. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud services such as Firebase or AWS is a plus.
