Product Designer - User-Centered Design

Role Overview : We are looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our design team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and user-friendly designs that enhance the learning journey of our users. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to innovate, experiment, and contribute to the growth of a user-centric platform. Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to design and develop user-centric educational products. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma. - Contribute to and help maintain the design system to ensure consistency across all platforms. - Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate based on feedback. - Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate best practices into your work. What We Seek in You : - 1 to 2 years of experience in product design or a related field. - Proficiency in Figma, with experience in building design systems. - Familiarity with design fundamentals, including interaction design and information architecture. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate design reasoning. - Passion for creating engaging digital experiences in the educational space. Bonus Skills : - Experience in EdTech or an understanding of how users learn digitally. - Familiarity with tools like Figma, Figjam, Notion, and Jira. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
