Job Title : Oracle WebLogic Server 12c Support Specialist Job Type : Full Time Date : October 19, 2024 -Virtual Interview Key Responsibilities : Oracle Applications Support : - Provide functional support for Oracle Applications R12, focusing on Finance modules. - Address user queries and resolve issues related to financial operations. Support Levels : - Manage and provide L1, L2, and L3 support for Oracle Applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. P2P and O2C Processes : - Utilize expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to ensure efficient and effective operational support. - Identify and implement process improvements as necessary. WebLogic Server Management : - Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle WebLogic Server 12c environments. - Ensure optimal performance and availability of applications running on WebLogic. Documentation and Reporting : - Maintain detailed documentation of support processes, incidents, and resolutions. - Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding system performance and support metrics.
