Job Title : Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials Advanced Consultant Job Type : Full Time Date : October 19, 2024 Virtual Interview Key Responsibilities : - Oracle EBS Financials Support : Provide functional and technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management. - Financials Implementation & Upgrades : Lead or participate in full-cycle Oracle EBS Financials implementations, upgrades, and rollouts, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements and financial best practices. - Solution Design & Configuration : Design and configure Oracle EBS Financial modules to meet specific business requirements. Customize and enhance existing configurations based on evolving financial needs. - Reporting & Analysis : Develop and generate financial reports using Oracle Financials and associated reporting tools such as Oracle Financial Statement Generator (FSG), Oracle Discoverer, or BI Publisher. - Data Reconciliation & Integration : Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of Oracle EBS Financials with other systems, ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation between modules. - Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and automation within Oracle EBS Financials. Provide recommendations for streamlining workflows and enhancing operational efficiency. - Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between financial teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Deliver project updates, functional documentation, and end-user training. - Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting : Investigate and resolve functional issues related to Oracle EBS Financials. Provide support for issue escalation and resolution within SLAs. Required Skills : - Oracle EBS Financials Expertise : 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. - Implementation & Configuration : Proven experience with full lifecycle implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle EBS Financials. - Reporting Tools : Strong skills in financial reporting using tools such as Oracle FSG, Discoverer, or BI Publisher. - Data Reconciliation : Experience integrating Oracle EBS with other financial systems and ensuring data reconciliation across modules. - Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. - Oracle EBS Financials certification (preferred). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
