Job Description

For the strengthening of the HQ in Milan we are looking for a/an: Corporate Planning Analyst The person will be involved in supporting the direct manager in the implementation and periodic closure of the Group's economic and financial planning processes. Main activities: Monitor the periodic closure of Oracle Cloud Planning applications for all the Group's subsidiaries, both Italian and foreign. Assist in the preparation of the departmental, economic and financial plan. Autonomously create, modify and maintain the Group's economic and financial planning reports. Monitor the consistency and completion of data from different application sources. In collaboration with the direct manager, liaise with external consultants for the management of the upgrades to the application system (Oracle Cloud Planning). Provide technical support to the Group's subsidiaries in the event of problems or malfunctions of application systems (Oracle Cloud Planning). Participate in the drafting and editing of application systems operating manuals (Oracle Cloud Planning). Support the person directly responsible in the analysis of the Group's Budget and Quarterly Forecast variances. Comply with the Safety, Environment and Quality Management Systems, the Code of Ethics and the Organization, Management and Control Model as well as the implementation of the related internal procedures and operating instructions and/or required by the reference legislation. Comply with internal procedures and current HSE regulations, in accordance with the safety role held. Requirements: Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or Finance related field At least 3-4 years of experience in Controlling, preferably in a multinational company Fluency in English speaking and writing Proficient use of Office package tools (Excel in particular) and familiarity with the management of large databases Excellent financial and analytical modeling skills Knowledge of Oracle Planning is a plus. Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics and BI tools Flexibility and adaptability: capacity to face unexpected changes and to react in new circumstances. Proactively manage own development with curiosity and initiative. Assist in the continued development of corporate modelling tools.
