Project Engineer / Management and Safety Systems OPPORTUNITY: For our AIC Group Holding Company , we are looking for a bright and talented resource to join the Organization and Project Area Team to support the COO. RESPONSIBILITIES: Organizational analysis and design : Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity. Management system development and implementation : Manage the implementation and maintenance of quality and safety management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001), ensuring compliance with industry regulations and continuous process improvement. Quality assurance : Oversee the implementation of procedures and processes designed to ensure the quality of company products or services, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction. Risk management : Identify and assess operational risks and implement preventive and corrective measures to mitigate these risks and ensure a safe working environment. Internal audits : Conduct periodic internal audits to assess the effectiveness of implemented management systems, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions. Training and awareness : Provide training and raise awareness to company personnel on quality and safety management systems, promoting a quality- and safety-oriented corporate culture. Documentation Management : Manage documentation related to management systems, ensuring that company procedures, manuals and records are up-to-date and accessible. Cross-functional collaboration : Collaborate with different company departments to ensure effective implementation of processes and management systems, promoting collaboration and coordination among company functions. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field. Proven experience in design and implementation of quality and safety management systems. Knowledge of international regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001). Analytical and problem solving skills. Proficiency in using quality management and documentation software tools (e.g., quality management software, Microsoft Office). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results orientation and ability to work as part of a team. Professional certifications in quality management and safety will be an advantage.
